Therefore, we invite you to join our team as: **Human Resources Generalist** **Position Objective** Execute and coordinate key human resource management processes, ensuring talent attraction, development, well-being, retention, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within the department. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Design and implement training and development programs (DNC). * Promote organizational culture and workplace climate. * Design and apply performance evaluation programs. * Implement and update NOM\-035. * Manage personnel movements and employee records. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations (STPS, NOM\-035). * Coordinate health, wellness, and civil protection campaigns. * Supervise attendance records and validate incidents for payroll processing. * Support digitization of HR processes and analysis of HR indicators. **Key Indicators** * Workplace climate * Vacancy coverage time * Training ROI * Internal customer satisfaction * Internal training coverage **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR areas. * Knowledge of labor regulations and occupational safety and hygiene. * Proficiency with HR management systems. * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. **We Offer** * Base salary: $17,000 pesos (nominal monthly amount). * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. * Full statutory benefits through IMSS. * On-site cafeteria service. * Semi-annual bonuses based on company results (profitability). * Positive work environment. * Involvement in strategic HR projects.
