Your responsibility is to ensure the organizational culture “SanSalud Style: Safe, efficient, and humane” is consistently lived in every unit, driving the network’s accelerated growth and supporting the efficient and ethical operation of owned, acquired, and managed hospitals. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Health Administration, or MBA is desirable. * Minimum of 8 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in hospitals or service companies with high operational demands. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in implementing and/or maintaining quality management systems such as ISO (ISO 9001 or ISO 7101\). * Participation in internal and external audits, as well as certification and recertification projects. * Age: 35 to 40 years * Gender: Indifferent **Responsibilities** * Lead strategic workforce planning within the context of rapid expansion. * Develop HR manuals and procedures compatible with ISO 9001\. * Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training processes with a quality focus. * Coordinate periodic performance evaluations (OKR and KPI), integrating ISO compliance metrics. * Supervise payroll and compensation structures, ensuring competitiveness and fairness. * Ensure documented records and evidence for internal and external quality audits. * Coordinate the “SanSalud Academy” as a center for staff development and certification. * Manage succession plans for key positions in hospitals and corporate. * Implement corrective and preventive actions arising from internal or external audits. **Skills:** * Leadership, ethical and developmental. * Ability to manage change in rapidly growing environments. * Effective and persuasive communication. * Results-oriented with strategic vision. * High empathy and commitment to humane treatment. **We Offer** * Monthly salary from $18,000 to $20,000 net * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits * Direct hiring by the company for project-based work Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Have you built an HR department from scratch?
