Position Summary: Mangueras 360 by RyR is seeking an experienced Production Manager in manufacturing, responsible for scheduling, supervising, and improving manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage operational staff at the production plant 2. Supervise maintenance and propose continuous improvements 3. Prepare daily reports and review manufacturing costs **Mangueras 360 by RyR is seeking a Production Manager in El Tigre \- Zapopan, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * 3 years of experience as Production Manager. * Technical knowledge of machinery (preferably extruders, mixers, mills). * Proficiency in Excel and at least one ERP system. * Prior experience in plastics, PVC, extrusion, or similar industries preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Schedule weekly and monthly production according to requested needs. 2\. Validate the production schedule prepared by Planning. 3\. Manage operational staff (schedules, leave requests, production plan, disciplinary meetings, overtime, etc.). 4\. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance together with the Maintenance Manager. 5\. Prepare daily reports on actual production and cumulative output, recording variances against scheduled theoretical output. 6\. Communicate the production schedule to supervisors and operators. 7\. Propose continuous improvement strategies for manufacturing processes, machine status, and tooling. 8\. Calculate and review manufacturing costs. 9\. Request raw materials for procurement and schedule deliveries. 10\. Address unexpected issues such as staff absences, electrical failures, mechanical breakdowns, and major raw material problems. **OFFER:** Starting salary of **$23,000** per month (paid weekly). Meal vouchers of **$1,100** per month. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
