Proven experience in a similar role, with emphasis on customer service and problem resolution. 2. Strong persuasion skills; ability to communicate effectively and persuade customers is essential. 3. High frustration tolerance and ability to remain calm under pressure. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 5. Availability: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday or Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Sunday remote work). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Handle and manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction at all times. 2. Resolve complex issues and provide effective, efficient solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless, uninterrupted customer experience. 4.
