




**MAJOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IS SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN** **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, human resources or related field. * Basic knowledge of any recruitment platform. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience using CANVA. * Availability to work mornings. * Easy access to the work location (Andares). * Ability to take initiative and find solutions. * Efficiency in handling information and time management. **Responsibilities** * Prior academic experience or internships in areas related to human interaction, customer service, or administration. * Assist in the recruitment and selection process. * Support employee file management. * Update personnel databases. * Assist in drafting internal communications. * Support onboarding processes for new hires. * Collaborate in logistics and organization of training sessions and internal events. * Assist in conducting employee engagement and satisfaction surveys. * Collect and analyze data for HR reports. * Propose ideas to improve the work environment. * Perform other administrative and support tasks assigned by direct supervisor. **We Offer** * Monthly stipend of $6,000 net * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm * Bi-weekly payments Interested candidates should send their **CV to the attached email** or to 3336619779\.
