




Lead, structure, and execute PTN's **commercial strategy**, ensuring the achievement of **growth, positioning, and profitability** objectives nationwide. This role is central to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in **current and emerging markets** and guaranteeing strong relationships with key clients. We are looking for a **proactive leader** with extensive experience in industrial and manufacturing B2B sales, capable of balancing operational sales management with the **strategic vision of marketing** to strengthen our brand presence and expand our portfolio. Key Responsibilities and Areas of Impact * **Commercial Strategy and Profitability:** * Define and ensure execution of the **Annual Commercial Plan** and targets by product line, aligned with medium- and long-term objectives. * Lead the development and monitoring of the **Commercial Forecast**, tracking margins and profitability by product/line. * Actively participate in defining **commercial terms, pricing, and discount policies** in coordination with Management and Finance. * **Sales Leadership and Key Accounts:** * Supervise and develop the Sales and Marketing team, establishing clear metrics (KPIs) and promoting a culture of **high performance and continuous improvement**. * Directly negotiate with **wholesale customers, distributors, and key accounts** and ensure timely follow-up on quotations and closures. * Responsible for managing and implementing the **CRM or customer database** to ensure traceability and effective segmentation. * **Strategic Marketing and Market Expansion:** * Oversee planning and execution of **Commercial Strategic Marketing**, including campaigns, social media content, and sales materials. * Identify **new sectors, products, or business lines** with potential value, proposing promotions and redefining the value proposition. * Establish **strategic alliances** with commercial players, distributors, or associations that generate value and open new opportunities.
