




**General Management Assistant** **Location**: Col. Loma Bonita, Zapopan Jal. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with availability to extend working hours when required due to exceptional circumstances. This position is key to ensuring organization, efficiency, and confidentiality in managing both corporate and personal activities of senior management. **Main Responsibilities** Administration and control of the agendas of General Management and Presidency. Organization of meetings, appointments, and coordination of schedules. Follow-up on strategic and highly important personal matters. Support in the management and oversight of administrative, logistical, and financial matters. Handling of documentation, confidential information, and coordination with different departments within the company. Comprehensive support in personal tasks for the Presidency and General Management, ensuring discretion and professionalism. **Requirements** Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles: Assistant to the Presidency, General Management, or senior executive positions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Communications, or related field. Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills. Ability to work under pressure and with a high level of responsibility. Frustration management and proactive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office suite. **Key Competencies** Time management and organizational skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
