




A RECOGNIZED PET PACKAGING COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT **We are seeking** ***"******MAINTENANCE MECHANIC******" with*** **the following profile:** **Objective:** To keep production equipment operating properly Requirements: · Academic Level: Completed Technical Degree or Partially Completed/Completed Engineering degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Machinery and Tools, or related field. · MANDATORY · Minimum of 2 years of mandatory experience in injection processes, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance · **DESIRABLE** Experience in plastic injection processes, operation of Husky injection machines, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, general knowledge of cooling towers and chillers, and proficiency with tools and measuring instruments · Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software · Knowledge of ISO and FSSC 22000 quality management systems Functions and Responsibilities: A) Maintain machines and equipment in good operating condition. B) Carry out repairs, adaptations, and improvements to machines and equipment. C) Perform scheduled maintenance tasks in coordination with the maintenance supervisor. D) Perform necessary mold changes to meet production schedules. E) Keep work area clean and organized. F) Keep work area clean and organized. G) Carry out all assigned activities with proper safety and hygiene precautions to ensure personnel integrity. H) Complete all forms and reports corresponding to each performed activity. I) Use all required safety equipment for each activity. J) Constantly monitor machine and equipment alarms. K) Assist shift supervisor when required by the job. L) Follow up on pending tasks left by the previous mechanic. M) Provide unconditional support to direct supervisor. N) Perform any other duties assigned by the company.
