Development of leadership and analytical skills in a technical environment Job Mission: Coordinate equipment repair activities, ensuring they are performed correctly and efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Receive equipment for repair at the workshop. * Control of equipment in the workshop. * Track diagnostics, parts orders, and repairs. * Coordinate activities to handle unscheduled jobs. * Evaluate safety and hygiene. * Control waste handling. * Define delivery dates for units to customers and advisors. * Receive, review, verify, and deliver work orders. * Generate status reports for units and identify assigned personnel. Minimum Required Education: University-level Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechanical Engineering. Required Technical Knowledge: * Interpretation and reading of service manuals. * Management of human, material, and tool resources. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Operation of ERP service system modules. * Products and services we market: light machinery and lifting equipment.
