




General Objective: Design, launch, and consolidate from scratch the business of internet services for municipalities, ensuring the signing of agreements with municipal governments, the proper initial implementation of services, and the establishment of a profitable and sustainable base of active municipalities—through prospecting, proposal development, negotiation with municipal authorities, and coordination with technical providers and strategic partners. Specific Objectives: 1. Greenfield Business Development: Grow from zero active municipalities to an expanding base of municipalities with active internet service contracts, in accordance with targets defined in the business plan. 2. Municipal Prospecting and Closing: Identify, prioritize, and contact target municipalities; present proposals and secure the signing of contracts and/or collaboration agreements for the provision of internet services. 3. Service Offering and Contracting Model Design: Define service packages, service-level agreements (SLAs), pricing structures, and contracting models appropriate to the budgetary and operational realities of municipalities. 4. Implementation and Initial Deployment: Coordinate with providers and partners to install and activate internet services in contracted municipalities, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and scope. 5. Engagement with Municipal Authorities: Build trust-based relationships with municipal presidents, directors of key departments (e.g., IT, public works, finance, education), and city councils to support service continuity and expansion. 6. Profitability and Budgetary Discipline: Ensure municipal projects are financially viable by monitoring revenue, costs, and margins, and adjusting the offering as necessary.
