SuKarne is a Mexican multinational company operating in the food industry focused on meat products We are seeking to fill the following position: "PROCESS TECHNICIAN A" Requirements: * Rotate shifts every month / morning (6:30 am to 4 pm), afternoon (1 pm to 10 pm), night (10 pm to 6:30 am) \- Education: Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or Electricity\- * Previous experience with food processing machinery // Autoclave machines, thermoforming machines, sealers, electric motors, thermal-magnetic circuit breakers, air compressors, electrical substations, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Knowledge: Industrial electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics, electrical substations, industrial safety, oxyfuel welding, industrial mechanics, medium-voltage motors and equipment. Skills: Ability to work under high temperature and dusty conditions, availability for rotating shifts (including Sundays), teamwork, ability to work under pressure, and responsibility. Activities and Responsibilities: * Carry out daily preventive and corrective work orders without affecting production. * Perform all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks arising at Planta Alimentos and VioHache. * Document corrective work and execution time for the maintenance administrator to record such activities. * Keep tools and work areas organized and clean at all times, before, during, and after operations. * Operate under the company's management model and strictly adhere to established institutional processes. * Maintain healthy relationships, effective communication, collaborative work, and a conviction that achieving overall business objectives takes precedence over individual achievements in all interactions. * Immediately report to direct supervisor any event, trend, or action perceived in their position that could affect or potentially affect the company. * Act and operate on a daily basis with a focus on service to internal and external customers and end consumers.
