Job stability An industrial-sector company is looking for a: **Quality Manager** **Required Profile:** **Education:** Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in quality and food safety roles within industry (preferably food industry). **Technical Knowledge:** * Quality management systems. * HACCP * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Food safety regulations. * Microbiology * Food safety risk management. * Quality control in production processes and finished products. * Handling of KPIs, document management, and continuous improvement. **Desirable Certifications and Standards:** * PrimusGFS * Organic Certification * Kosher Certification **Main Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality and Food Safety Management System. * Supervise quality control processes for raw materials, production processes, and finished products. * Develop and supervise prerequisite programs, HACCP, and preventive controls. * Coordinate response to and follow-up on non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. * Lead and develop the quality department team. * Coordinate staff training on quality, food safety, and good practices. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development. * Job stability.
