Human Resources Manager – Construction Industry Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Position Objective: Lead and coordinate the Human Resources department for both field operations and office, ensuring legal compliance, proper administration of operational and administrative staff, as well as organizational development within the construction industry. Responsibilities: \- Supervise recruitment of operational (field) and administrative personnel \- Manage and administer payroll (weekly and bi-weekly) \- Handle registrations, terminations, and personnel changes with IMSS and IDSE \- Prepare and manage employment contracts (fixed-term, temporary, etc.) \- Attend labor audits and ensure compliance with STPS \- Manage labor incidents, administrative reports, and labor relations \- Coordinate personnel files and document control at construction sites \- Implement employee retention strategies and foster a positive work environment on-site \- Supervise compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations Profile: \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field \- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction industry companies \- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and management of operational personnel \- Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi, Nomipaq or similar) \- Experience managing personnel at construction sites \- Leadership skills, strong character, and decision-making ability We Offer: \- Weekly salary of $5,000 MXN (tax-free) \- Statutory benefits \- Job stability \- Professional growth Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: $5,000.00 MXN per week Workplace: On-site employment
