job competencies and can perform their roles effectively, providing training and feedback also to department heads so that competency assurance is maintained throughout the employee lifecycle. * Ensure staff performance as well as compliance with work procedures and guidelines to achieve plant objectives, through feedback with department heads and support in evaluations. * Establish, together with department heads, mechanisms for evaluating their staff to support development, correction of deviations, and decision-making. **Organizational Culture and Communication** * Ensure staff alignment with company values and strategies, and contribution toward organizational goals. * Lead and manage organizational change appropriately, supporting management initiatives and fostering adoption of improved work methods and culture. * Ensure onboarding processes fulfill their purpose of optimal integration of new hires into their positions and departments, minimizing adaptation and learning curves for job functions, as well as promoting retention. * Present and implement plans and proposals to create an optimal work environment and culture within the organization, based on diagnostics conducted. * Ensure effective organizational communication. * Coordinate, together with the HR team, events contributing to culture and climate. * Lead monthly communication meetings and ensure necessary information is disseminated for appropriate company\-employee communication. **Management, Supervision, and Continuous Improvement:** * Define and implement HR strategy and initiatives aligned with management’s strategy, objectives, and initiatives. * Ensure achievement of departmental performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic goals, as well as identify and address development areas among leaders and other departments to achieve company goals. * Supervise and ensure departmental processes together with responsible team members. * Serve as a key figure in company certifications and distinctions. * Continuously analyze departmental processes and work methods, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, to coordinate digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects. **Labor Relations and Personnel Administration:** * Maintain and foster positive labor relations among employees and with the union, managing conflicts and promoting a harmonious work environment. * Address and resolve disciplinary issues jointly with department heads. * Serve as the primary contact with the union for general matters, ensuring payment of dues and reviewing the Collective Bargaining Agreement, consulting management on any contingencies. * Ensure control and filing of administrative/disciplinary documents. * Represent the company before official institutions, professional associations, chambers, societies, and confederations, promoting goodwill toward the company. * Maintain ongoing contact with representatives from other companies and government entities to exchange information. * Create, update, and implement policies, procedures, regulations, systems, and controls related to personnel and the HR department, ensuring all staff understand and comply with them to guarantee proper personnel administration. * Ensure all HR-related and general personnel management files (e.g., personnel databases, job descriptions, job evaluations, salary tables, and other management tools) are up-to-date and accurate on the network. * Jointly authorize, with management, all salary adjustments and promotions. **Safety, Hygiene, Environment, and Regulatory Compliance:** * Ensure legal compliance and adherence to assigned work procedures and guidelines related to responsibilities (e.g., ISO 9001, LFT, STPS, IMSS, etc.). * Actively participate in emergency brigades and committees. * Define, for both Security personnel and company staff, policies and guidelines aimed at ensuring safety and protection of company assets and facilities, supervising and ensuring their implementation. **Experience:** * Ideally 5 years leading an HR department or HR functions. * Experience in a manufacturing company. * Experience in a company with management systems (e.g., social responsibility, ISO, food safety standards, etc.). * Experience implementing Organizational Development projects. **Other Requirements:** * Availability for half-day Saturday duty once per month. * Availability for periodic night shifts. * Lead communication meetings across different company shifts, presenting results and general announcements.
