




**Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection (operational, administrative, and mid-level management). * Personnel administration: contracts, personnel files, incidents, payroll (in coordination). * Compliance with labor and regulatory requirements (Federal Labor Law, STPS, applicable NOMs). * Planning and implementation of the annual training program. * Coordination of the Joint Training and Development Committee. * Performance evaluation and identification of training needs (ITN). * Workplace climate, internal communication, and labor relations management. * HR metrics: turnover, absenteeism, coverage, training hours. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (degree holder). * 2–4 years of experience in HR and training. * Demonstrable knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, STPS, and NOMs. * Experience developing training plans and conducting audits. * Proficiency in ERP or HR systems (SAP preferred). **Competencies** * Leadership and legal judgment. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Confidentiality and ethics. * Results-oriented approach. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development.
