The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive support to the General Management, ensuring efficient management, effective communication with team leaders, and timely achievement of strategic objectives. If you are an analytical, proactive person with the ability to maintain confidentiality, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** Record and track initiatives arising from board meetings and executive meetings. Prepare minutes, reports, and executive presentations. Coordinate the director's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements. Follow up with area leaders and external entities. Manage files, administrative documentation, and purchase invoicing. Conduct online research and assist in general coordination tasks. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Executive Secretarial, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic English language skills. Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
