Manages and coordinates orders for electrical materials and industrial solutions. 2. Tracks orders and backorders, communicating status to sales. 3. Analyzes and reports the billing forecast for the procurement area. **Integra Estrategias is seeking a Control Desk professional in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Mexican company with over 43 years of experience providing high-quality electrical materials and solutions in control, distribution, and integration for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.** **CONTROL DESK** **Requirements:** * Business Management Engineering degree. * 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Advanced Excel skills. * ERP system experience. **Responsibilities:** * Customer onboarding in the ERP system. * Follow-up on backup emails containing customer documentation. * Downloading orders into the CRM. * Entering orders into the system. * Reviewing orders, costs, quantities, item codes to be supplied, and delivery timelines. * Sending documentation to various departments within the company. * Tracking sales backorders to verify undelivered items according to agreed delivery timelines. * Responding to sales agents’ requests regarding delivery status and/or rescheduling. * Conducting a monthly review of safeguarded orders to ensure all have received appropriate safeguarding and registration treatment. * Requesting order cancellations and/or modifications for non-proceeding orders in the system. * Generating an organization-wide backorder report. * Delivering the procurement area’s billing forecast to the Commercial Manager. **We Offer:** * Salary: $13,000 gross. * Punctuality and attendance bonus: $1,000 per month. * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday per month. * Work location: Azcapotzalco, CDMX **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Industrial Automation *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69989b803b00004300cf4b6f\&source\=indeed*
