You will coordinate the team of technicians, perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the branch’s team of technicians. * Inform about the time required to carry out maintenance tasks. * Perform corrective maintenance following provided procedures. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures. * Comply with safety and cleanliness standards in the work area. * Perform diagnostics. * Support vehicle reception and delivery when necessary. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in automotive workshops. * Knowledge of electrical systems, brakes, suspension, engine, and transmission. * Experience using automotive scanners (desirable). * Leadership and accountability. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities.
