We Offer: * Base salary: $15,000 to $18,000 monthly, negotiable, net pay. * Fixed day off on Sunday * Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM Main Responsibilities: * Adjust injection parameters. * Manage personnel. * Perform mold assembly and disassembly. * Eliminate scrap. * Report production equipment issues to the mold department. Required Profile: * Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in economics/administration-related fields. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in related activities. * Knowledge: Problem analysis and resolution, peripheral equipment. * Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and adherence to procedures.
