Support in operational coordination and service follow-up. **Administrative Assistant (Payroll, Collections, and Operations)** A growing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support administrative and operational activities, primarily focusing on payroll incident control, credit and collections, electronic invoicing, and documentation tracking, ensuring smooth operational continuity. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles. * Experience supporting payroll (incidents), accounts receivable, collections, and electronic invoicing. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Logistics company experience preferred. **Main Responsibilities:** * General administrative support and report preparation. * Accounts receivable follow-up and payment recording. * Payroll incident control. * Organization and management of administrative documentation. * Support in operational coordination and service follow-up. **We Offer:** * Salary: $16,000 to $18,000 MXN net per month. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund: 7%. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:40 p.m. * Location: Col.
