We are looking for talent that shares our values and contributes to business growth within the Design department. **Profile we are seeking** * Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. * 2 years of experience in the **pharmaceutical industry**. * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign**. * 80% English proficiency. * Proven experience in prepress, final artwork review, and press approvals in flexography, rotogravure, offset, and digital printing. * Skills/competencies: Creativity with a technical-regulatory focus, analytical ability, problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork, project organization and follow-up, attention to detail, strong writing skills, and excellent photography. **Main responsibilities** * Create designs for labels, packaging (folding cartons, roll stock, corrugated, and boxes), promotional materials, and other graphic elements requested by various internal departments. * Prepare and validate print-ready files for different printing processes (flexography, offset, and digital). * Ensure proper adaptation of designs to technical specifications for printing and finishing. * Conduct on-site press approvals in coordination with printing vendors, ensuring production meets established graphic, colorimetric, and technical quality standards. * Design exhibition booths and graphic materials for trade shows, adhering to brand guidelines. * Provide support to Commercial, General Management, Quality, Marketing, and Research & Development departments in creating graphic materials and labeling. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * **Statutory and additional benefits**. * Free parking. * Excellent work environment in a growing company. **Location:** Tesistán, Jalisco **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Send CV: rh@xanalab.com WhatsApp: 332106\-83\-93 Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
