




Position Summary: Ensure the smooth operational functioning, maintenance, and security of facilities at a university hotel, supervising essential services and optimizing resources. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for comprehensive supervision of hotel services. 2. Management of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. 3. Logistical support and setup for food and beverage events. Ensure the smooth operational functioning, maintenance, and security of the **Hotel Villa Primavera** facilities of the University of Guadalajara. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising essential services such as cleaning, security, hotel maintenance, supplies, and transportation, optimizing resources and budgets to create a safe and efficient work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with activity programs within the area under their supervision * Review, approve, and monitor the corrective and preventive maintenance program for operational equipment, facilities, and official vehicles * Ensure the good appearance and proper functioning of facilities * Meet security requirements * Support food and beverage departments in logistics and setup of required areas for events * Perform any other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor or the General Directorate.
