Teamwork with leaders to achieve goals and metrics **Position:** Warehouse Associate Leader \- Shift 2 **Job Description:** Monday to Saturday **Shift 2:** 2:00 PM – 9:15 PM **Overtime:** as required. Arrow Electronics is seeking a warehouse leader to join the team **What You Will Do:** * Responsible for managing area activities. * Provide support and guidance to team members in resolving issues. * Guide associates in achieving area objectives. * Collaborate with leaders and supervisors to achieve company goals and metrics. * Focus on quality and process monitoring. * Coordinate with the sales team to ensure OTD and OTIF. * Monitor team performance hour-by-hour (HxH). **What We Are Looking For:** * Experience managing personnel * Experience with cycle counts * Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office * Availability for full-time work * Availability for overtime * Experience: 5 years of warehouse experience **What We Offer:** At Arrow, we recognize that competitive financial compensation and strong benefits are key components of an ideal job.
