**PROJECT PROSPECTOR – COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT** **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco (80% field work) **Employment type:** Full-time, on-site **Salary:** $15,000–$18,000 gross monthly + bonuses (up to $30,000+ total) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Field Prospecting (80% of time):** * Daily visits to strategic areas of Guadalajara to identify new construction projects * Identification of residential, commercial, and industrial developments under construction * Engagement with site managers, security personnel, supervisors, and contractors * Taking photos, recording GPS locations, and collecting key information **Research and Analysis:** * Researching construction permits, licenses, and urban development activity * Identifying developers, construction firms, and key project contacts * Determining the construction stage and optimal timing for commercial outreach **Information Management:** * Recording all identified projects in CRM/Excel with complete profiles * Maintaining an updated pipeline reflecting progress on each project **Follow-up:** * Tracking identified projects until they convert into quotations * Updating the status of each project weekly * Providing feedback to the commercial team regarding changes at project sites **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Minimum 1 year of experience in:** * Construction (site manager, supervisor, assistant) * Field sales or prospecting * Availability to work 80% of time in the field (patrolling designated zones) * Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or car) * Familiarity with Guadalajara and its developing areas Basic proficiency in: * Google Maps (locations, routes) * Smartphone camera and photo gallery * WhatsApp and email * Basic Excel (data entry) **WE OFFER** **Financial Compensation:** * **Base salary:** $15,000–$18,000 monthly (based on experience) * **Monthly productivity bonus:** up to $4,000 * Based on achievement of monthly KPIs (projects identified, contacts made, complete profiles submitted) * **Quarterly impact bonus:** up to $10,000 * Based on projects that convert into quotations and closed deals * **Fuel allowance:** $2,000–$3,000 monthly * **Potential total monthly income:** $21,000–$35,000 **Operational Support:** * Company-provided motorcycle (or mobility allowance if using your own) * Unlimited mobile data plan * Work tools (tablet/smartphone, if required) Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00–$20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
