**Logistics Coordinator** **GRUPO INDUSTRIAL BETHA – Food Industry Company** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, high school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete degree. Valid Class B driver’s license. Experience driving standard passenger cars and light trucks (1–3 tons). Responsible urban driving, with knowledge of traffic rules and road signage. **Knowledge:** Logistics and route planning Basic administration Microsoft Office suite Administrative ERP system Operational budget control **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate internal transportation for deliveries. * Plan routes and assign drivers for deliveries and internal transfers, including executive staff transportation. * Monitor orders during transit and maintain real-time traceability. * Inform the Sales Department of the status of outgoing orders. * Deliver complete delivery documentation to the Billing Department as proof of delivery. * Supervise vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and inspections before and after each service. * Manage logistics providers in the internal system, keeping their information up to date. * Analyze and propose efficient routes considering time, cost, and traffic conditions. * Prepare trip, delivery, and shipment reports—including incidents, supporting evidence, and delivery times. * Supervise driver performance and punctuality, ensuring adherence to KPIs. * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and instructions from the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** MXN $10,000.00 monthly gross salary (paid biweekly) \- MXN $1,000 food vouchers \- 100% free cafeteria \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:36 PM \- Full statutory benefits \- Profit sharing \- Uniform \- Company-provided mobile phone \- Training **Work Location: ZAPOPAN, JALISCO — Near Plaza Aleira (10 minutes from Arcos de Zapopan metro station heading toward Tlaquepaque)** Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN $9,999.00 – MXN $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site
