**Who are we?** At **FISURJA Group**, we drive the financial growth of businesses and individuals through responsible, transparent credit solutions aligned with current regulations. **Position Objective** Plan, execute, and oversee commercial strategies for **client acquisition, credit/leasing placement, and portfolio administration**, driving sustainable business growth while ensuring an excellent customer experience and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and execute **commercial strategies**. * **Active prospecting** of new clients (digital and in-person). * Develop, monitor, and **grow the portfolio**. * Lead **commercial negotiations** and credit closings. * **Coordinate and train** the sales team on products, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements. * Analyze market, competition, and **business opportunities**. * **Collaborate** with credit and collections departments for integrated client management. **Required Profile:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in commercial roles within **SOFOMs, banking institutions, or financial institutions**. * Demonstrable experience in **SME/simple credit placement**, preferably also in Pure Leasing. * Strong negotiation, leadership, and results-oriented skills. * Knowledge of the financial regulatory framework. * Proficiency in CRM, Office suite, digital tools, and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). **We Offer** * Base salary \+ **attractive commission scheme**. * Job stability at a solid and growing company. * Work tools (laptop, mobile phone, software). * Excellent work environment and autonomy in decision-making.
