Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as Captain or Assistant Manager in fine dining or casual dining restaurants. Proven involvement in implementing and monitoring operational strategies aimed at achieving service objectives, culinary quality standards, and financial targets for the business unit. Academic background in related fields: Administration, Tourism, or Gastronomy. 4\. **JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Follow our service sequence at every table and with each restaurant guest, ensuring their experience. Lead the team to achieve the unit’s sales goals and guest satisfaction targets. Support each team member in their daily routines. Know every menu item in detail to guide guests according to their preferences and desires. Assist the General Manager with unit inventory management. Supervise guest service to ensure differentiation based on table type (couples, families, business, etc.). Execute sales strategies to meet daily and monthly sales targets. Serve as a luxury host who knows guests and their preferences. Train staff continuously (new hires, new dishes, new initiatives). Update the information board, disseminate updates, and follow up with advisors. Oversee details for events and celebrations to ensure guests enjoy the desired experience. Plan, organize, direct, and supervise restaurant operations. Manage team rotation to build a strong, cohesive unit. **Benefits** * Monthly base salary of $16,000 * Development and training opportunities * Statutory benefits * Weekly payroll * Weekly tip ranging from $2,000 to $2,500 Work schedule is rotating between opening and closing shifts, with one day off per week.
