Available branch: PLAZA GALERIAS Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the branch’s daily operations. * Drive achievement of sales, growth, and profitability targets. * Motivate, train, and coordinate the team. * Ensure excellence in customer service. * Manage inventory, cash flow, and administrative reporting. * Ensure proper implementation of Avo Beauty standards and policies. * Analyze KPIs and propose improvement strategies. * Perform cash reconciliations. Requirements * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Branch Manager, Supervisor, or similar role. * Solid retail experience and team leadership background. * Knowledge of sales, customer service, and administration. * Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and digital tools. * Effective communication and excellent problem-solving skills. * Interest in beauty and affinity with the personal care industry.
