




**JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure a clean, orderly, safe, and hygienic work environment across all company facilities, contributing to staff well-being, health, and productivity, as well as to the organization’s positive image. **REQUIREMENTS:** * · Education: Completed secondary school. * · Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in cleaning or general maintenance tasks, preferably in office settings. * · Knowledge of cleaning techniques. * · Safe handling of cleaning materials and products (disinfectants, detergents, degreasers). **ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS:** * Ability to establish daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines. * Ability to maintain basic inventory control of supplies and consumables (soap, toilet paper, coffee) and promptly report replenishment needs. * Organization and task prioritization according to departmental requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensive cleaning: Perform deep cleaning and daily maintenance of offices, hallways, staircases, and common areas. * Sanitary hygiene: Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and sanitary facilities. * Waste management: Properly sort and dispose of garbage and waste, ensuring correct final disposal. * Order and furniture: Maintain orderly arrangement of furniture and workspaces, ready for use. * Basic support: Prepare coffee or provide basic assistance during internal meetings or for visitors, as requested. **BENEFITS** * · MONTHLY SALARY: $9,000.00 + Statutory benefits. * · **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * · **WORK LOCATION**: Zapopan, Jalisco (Near Terraza Belenes) * **TOOLS AND/OR EQUIPMENT:** Cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment; cleaning supplies and materials.
