Position Summary: We are seeking a Parts Advisor to support the after-sales department, ensuring accurate identification, supply, and control of parts for the workshop and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for identifying, supplying, and controlling automotive parts 2. Inventory management and recording of incoming and outgoing items 3. Assisting in organizing and arranging the parts warehouse At JAC Guadalajara, we seek a responsible Parts Advisor to support the after-sales department by ensuring accurate identification, supply, and control of parts for the workshop, guaranteeing continuity of work and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in automotive parts or warehouse operations. * Basic knowledge of automotive parts. * Inventory management skills. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Prior experience at automotive dealerships is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Fulfill and deliver parts requested by the workshop department. * Accurately identify automotive components according to service orders. * Maintain inventory control and record incoming and outgoing items. * Assist in requesting parts from the factory or suppliers. * Verify part availability and delivery timelines. * Record transactions in the internal system. * Assist in organizing and arranging the parts warehouse. * Ensure accurate parts delivery to prevent repair delays. **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 guaranteed for 3 months * Statutory benefits Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
