




Job Summary: Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to Management, coordinating communication and managing furniture rental services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of communication and management of furniture rental services. 2. Customer service and direct contact with clients. 3. General administrative support and inventory control. **Position: Executive Assistant** **Position Objective** Provide administrative and operational support to Management by coordinating communication between clients and operational staff, handling information requests regarding furniture rental services, and ensuring proper tracking of orders, deliveries, and incident or loss reporting. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Customer Service and Contact** * Answer calls, emails, and messages from clients interested in furniture rental services. * Provide information on availability, types of furniture, pricing, and rental terms. * Prepare and send quotations to clients. * Follow up on inquiries, order confirmations, and service modifications. **2\. Administrative Control** * Record orders, contracts, and client data in the system or control files. * Maintain updated service schedules and event calendars. * Assist in preparing administrative reports. **3\. Inventory and Incident Control** * Record furniture losses, damages, or shortages. * Report incidents identified during deliveries or returns to Management. * Assist in inventory control and tracking. **4\.
