Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrator to lead the internal administration and operations of an interior design studio, ensuring administrative-financial control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the internal administration and operations of an interior design studio. 2. Ensure administrative-financial control and support the creative team. 3. Guarantee process execution and coordination with suppliers. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** We are looking for an ADMINISTRATOR. We seek an organized and proactive individual to lead the internal administration and operations of our interior design studio. You will be responsible for ensuring administrative-financial control, supporting the creative team, and guaranteeing proper execution of processes, budgets, and coordination with suppliers. **REQUIREMENTS:** · 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field · Advanced Excel proficiency · Invoicing and basic tax knowledge · High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks · Budget and cash flow management · Excellent attitude **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise the studio's daily administrative operations. \- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable \- Handle invoicing and collections follow-up \- Monitor project budgets \- Manage cash flow \- Perform reconciliations and coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure compliance with tax, IMSS, and labor obligations \- Prepare financial reports for management \- Maintain digital and physical document control \- Coordinate office supplies and requirements \- Supervise general services Salary: $22,000.00 \- $24,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
