Provide customer service and follow-up, strengthening commercial relationships. Support administrative tasks such as order tracking, sales reports, and logistical coordination. Participate in strategies for opening new markets and regional expansion. Monitor retail sector trends and competition to propose commercial improvements. Meet established sales targets and report progress to management or sales departments. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and customer management (preferably in industrial products or retail). Strong sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of the retail sector (desirable). Ability to handle administrative and follow-up tasks. Planning and organization Initiative and proactivity Results-oriented work Effective communication **Additional information:** Availability to travel frequently within the country and Central America. Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Salary reference of 18,000 to 22,000 MXN plus commissions, annual bonus.
