This vacancy is exclusively for the morning shift, preferably from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. **Majors:** * Industrial Engineering * Civil Engineering **Objectives:** Support project planning, monitoring, and documentation within the department, contributing to the achievement of established objectives and acquiring practical experience in project management and information control to improve processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in coordinating project activities, schedules, and deliverables. * Assist in managing suppliers or external services when required. * Coordinate and track requirements for materials, equipment, or services needed for projects. * Prepare reports, presentations, and technical or administrative documentation. • Support review of drawings, technical specifications, and related documentation. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety & Hygiene departments to ensure compliance with sanitary and food safety regulations. * Participate in site visits or internal and external audits. * Update databases and control tools (Excel, MS Project, etc.). * Verify compliance with company-established safety, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices policies. * Attend follow-up meetings and prepare minutes or progress reports. **We Offer** * Monthly stipend of 5,000\.00 * Free cafeteria access * Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with possible schedule flexibility **If selected, registration on the CUCEI website under “Professional Practice” is mandatory to proceed with the recruitment process.** **WORK LOCATION: ZAPOPAN, JALISCO,** LOCATED BETWEEN AV.
