Comprehensive plant layout management. **Traalma is seeking Electronics, SMT professionals in Zapopan, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------ **JOB DESCRIPTION: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER GPV AMERICAS** **Primary Responsibilities:** * Factory capacity analysis. * Layout management, updating changes, proposing layout optimization, controlling and managing layout reviews. * Workstation time analysis. * Line balancing. * Production and flow optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute factory capacity analysis. * Manage plant layout, update changes, propose optimizations, control and manage layout reviews. * Conduct time analysis across all processes. * Balance production lines and optimize output. * Lead improvements in process flow and layout. * Update product routing times in AX. * Promote adherence to the 6S methodology. * Drive and guide Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. * Collaborate with the quoting team and provide estimated standard times for quotation requests (RFQs). * Manage and execute projects such as facility expansion, construction, and renovation. * Strictly comply with company management systems and regulations. **Requirements** (Education/Work Experience/Skills): * Male or female; Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or any other engineering discipline qualifying for this role. * Strong leadership and teamwork skills, positive attitude, and logical thinking. * Good command of English. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree or higher **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing **Skills:** * SMT * Lean Manufacturing * Electronics *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e27e5077000038003066d1\&source\=indeed*
