We are looking for staff for a trading company ***Position:*** *Product Developer* **Objective:** Develop products aligned with market needs and the company's strategic objectives, ensuring their technical, functional, and commercial viability. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field / Project Management / Primary and secondary packaging design. * Minimum of 2 years of experience * Intermediate level of English **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop new products or line extensions in coordination with manufacturers, logistics, and purchasing, ensuring compliance with each client's requirements. * Lead the design of primary, secondary, and collective packaging, guaranteeing they meet client guidelines (dimensions, barcodes, product specifications and benefits). Focus on Regulatory Designs. * Prepare cost estimates, sales sheets, technical sheets, commercial presentations, and product samples to support sales teams and negotiations with buyers. * Manage changes and improvements to existing products (reformulation, packaging, cost adjustments), documenting and communicating changes to all involved departments. * Ensure traceability and complete documentation for each product development, keeping product files and internal processes up to date. **Skills:** * Proactivity * Organization * Attention to detail * Excellent assertive communication **Offers:** * Schedule: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm * Salary: $21,000 gross * Statutory benefits Location: Colinas de San Javier between Av.
