The main objective of the position is to **generate, develop, and maintain business relationships** with new and existing clients, offering transportation, logistics, and foreign trade services that add value and strengthen our business network. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and develop new commercial accounts. * Serve and follow up with current clients. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and executive presentations. * Meet monthly and annual sales targets. * Coordinate with operational departments to ensure efficient and timely service. * Identify opportunities for improvement in commercial processes. * Represent the company in meetings and industry events. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years of experience in sales within the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding sector** (desirable). * Knowledge of **national and international land, sea, or air transportation**. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-driven and customer-focused. * Intermediate proficiency in Office and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). * Availability to travel (if necessary). **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary: **$15,000 to $20,000 MXN per month.** * **Unlimited attractive commissions.** * Statutory benefits. * Real opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent work environment in a growing company.
