At **Marinno Logistics**, we are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly attentive **Operations Assistant** to serve as the driving force behind our end-to-end shipments. **Your Mission on the Team** You will be the right hand of our Operations Executives, ensuring our clients’ cargo moves smoothly without disruptions. Your management will be critical to maintaining seamless information flow and executing administrative processes with surgical precision. **What You’ll Do With Us:** * **End-to-End Journey Control:** Coordinate multimodal shipments (ocean, air, and land), maintaining strict oversight from departure through final delivery. * **Strategic Partner Management:** Serve as the primary contact point with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and carriers to manage payments, letters, demurrage cutoffs, and guarantees. * **Real-Time Visibility:** Conduct daily shipment monitoring and pre-revalidations to proactively anticipate any potential issues. * **Administrative Excellence:** Capture and organize operational files in our systems and handle procedures with the Treasury Department. * **Impactful Communication:** Keep our clients consistently informed through timely notifications and value-added logistics updates. **Who We’re Looking For:** * **Profile:** Professionals or advanced students in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles within a freight forwarder (preferred). * **Key Skills:** * Bulletproof organization (managing multiple files without losing focus). * Assertive communication and negotiation with suppliers. * Sense of urgency and problem-solving orientation. * Proficiency in logistics operating systems and Microsoft Office suite. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic work environment where learning never stops. * Real growth opportunities within the operational structure. * Partial remote work.
