




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise import and export operations, managing international documentation and logistics in collaboration with customs brokers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of foreign trade operations 2. International logistics and customs management 3. Supervision of customs declarations and documentation **FOREIGN TRADE ANALYST / COORDINATOR – IMPORTS & EXPORTS** REQUIREMENTS **Required Skills and Knowledge**: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade or International Business * Knowledge of foreign trade and customs legal framework (Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade). * Familiarity with non-tariff regulations and restrictions (NOMs, permits, notices). * Experience in tariff classification and risk analysis. * Knowledge of IMMEX programs and IVA/IEPS certifications (preferred). * Proficiency in INCOTERMS and coordination of international logistics (maritime, air, and land). * Interaction with and management of customs brokers and freight forwarders. * Logistics cost analysis and supplier evaluation. * ERP system experience (preferred: Annex 24\). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). * **Conversational English required** \* ENGLISH RESPONSIBILITIES · Coordinate end-to-end import operations. · Supervise customs declarations and validate foreign trade documentation. · Review and retain supporting documentation. · Monitor return deadlines for temporary imports. · Manage IMMEX programs and customs inventory control. · Maintain communication with customs brokers and internal departments. · Track incidents and monitor transit times. Control logistics costs, prepare reports, and support audits.
