




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate reservations and customs procedures, maintaining communication with correspondents and carriers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of reservations and quotation tracking 2. Management and updating of correspondent and carrier directories 3. (truca) * Desired experience: 6 months. * Proficiency in Excel. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Monthly bonuses. * Uniforms. * Training. * Professional growth. * Job stability. **Responsibilities:** * Provide attention and follow-up on quotations (phone calls and emails). * Create reservations. * Maintain and update directories of correspondents and carriers (air, sea, land, and multimodal). * Prospect 1 correspondent and 1 carrier per week. * Complete and submit required documentation forms issued by the customs broker, suppliers, and/or relevant authorities at entry, exit, and connection points, if applicable. * Assist the freight agent in labeling, measuring, and weighing cargo. * Handle reservations and waybill cutoffs during overtime hours. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Knowledge of the Customs Law. * General Rules of Foreign Trade. * Customs procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
