If you are passionate about technology and technical support, this opportunity is for you! **Location:** Industria Naviera 141 **Schedule:** Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (on-call shifts) **Position Objective:** Provide end-user technical support and assist with maintenance and proper operation of company equipment and systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * End-user technical support (on-site and remote) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment * Software and hardware installation and configuration * Basic network and system administration * Technical support ticket tracking * Equipment control and inventory **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support * Knowledge of networks, hardware, and software * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Excellent work environment **Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send CV to:** rh.grupomaso@gmail.com Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $17,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
