Apply today and be part of the technological transformation with **GrainChain**! **Responsibilities:** * Provide assistance to users experiencing failures or problems while using our systems. * Deliver remote assistance through various channels including: email, computer, chat, mobile application, or phone. * Assist in identifying user-reported failures and provide solutions. * SQL installations. * Conduct remote user training. **Requirements:** * Basic programming knowledge. * 2 years of experience in software support. * In-depth knowledge of SQL (installation, queries, backups, restorations). * Operating systems: Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. * Experience creating flowcharts. * Basic networking knowledge. * Intermediate-to-advanced English. * Portuguese (desirable) **Personal Skills:** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Analytical. * Observant. * Problem-solving. * Frustration tolerance. * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude.
