Join our company as a **PRODUCTION PROCESS ENGINEER** **Objective:** Design, analyze, document, and improve production processes to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, ensure product quality, and contribute to achieving key production performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Industrial, Process, or related Engineering degree. * 1 year of experience. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma. * Familiarity with performance indicators: OEE, scrap, cycle times. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * ERP (SAP, Oracle) and tools such as Minitab or Power BI knowledge preferred. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and industrial safety. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes. * Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Monitor and improve performance indicators such as OEE, productivity, and yield. * Evaluate adherence to estimated costs in production orders. * Document processes and generate technical reports. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,000 gross monthly * Integrated monthly gross salary: $20,200 * Weekly payment. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Transportation bonus. * Food bonus. * Savings fund. * Birthday leave day. * Educational assistance. * Career development opportunities. * Performance bonus. * 100% IMSS contributions. **Work Location: Ciudad Granja, Zapopan.** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 \- $19,700.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
