A well-established law firm with nationwide presence, dedicated to delivering labor law services to diverse sectors, is seeking new talent to expand our team. Location: Guadalajara, Jal. Position: Junior Litigation Attorney. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (preferably completed \+ degree certificate and professional license issued or in process) * Age: Must be of legal age. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (litigation). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license (Class A). Knowledge and Experience: * Basic labor support skills. * Basic litigation skills. * Administrative and legal procedures. Responsibilities: * Draft and file simple legal documents or motions, such as attorney appointments, service address designations, procedural motivation statements, clarification requests, among others. * Perform basic tasks related to hearing preparation and execution with low complexity, ensuring proper handling of required information and documentation for appropriate attendance, as well as timely updates upon completion. * File low-level indirect amparo petitions and customize formats for any type of document required by the Coordination Department. * Record and monitor procedural deadlines, including digital case numbering systems, hearing schedules, and other legal proceedings. * Participate in training sessions, consultations, and other litigation department activities under the guidance of more experienced executives to deepen subject-matter expertise.
