What We Offer: * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (Savings Fund, Christmas Bonus, Vacation Bonus, Social Security). * Job stability and professional work environment * Performance-based bonuses. * Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM) * Cafeteria Service (subsidized) * Gross monthly salary * Biweekly payment The candidate profile we seek: \* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field. \* Minimum 3 years of experience in CPFR-related roles, specifically within the commercial area. \* Knowledge of: \- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.); an advanced proficiency test is administered. \- Demand forecasting methodology (statistical, historical, and seasonal models). \- Required: Google Suite/Google Workspace, SQL, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.). \- Familiarity with supply chain processes, planning, and replenishment. \* Competencies: Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation, effective communication across multiple internal departments and external stakeholders, results-driven and continuous improvement mindset, proactivity and time management, collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities: \- Collect and consolidate sell-out sales and inventory data for each wholesale, retail, and e-commerce platform customer. \- Maintain, per customer, detailed information on open orders and the 4-month demand forecast to develop collaborative demand forecasting models and ensure forecast compliance based on current inventory levels and in-process production orders. \- Analyze sales velocity trends per product to issue alerts to the sales force and proactively address potential issues: inventory imbalances, stockouts, slow-moving items, product discontinuations, etc. \- Analyze inventory levels and aging per product across wholesale and retail accounts. \- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven sales forecasts based on historical data, promotions, and seasonality to monitor and adjust plan execution. \- Plan demand for new products using historical data when replacing existing ones, or leveraging market potential data when launching entirely new products.
