




**Job Description: Inventory Analyst Position Objective** Ensure the control, accuracy, and availability of company inventories through the proper execution of registration, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting processes, contributing to operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor, record, and track inventory movements (receipts, issues, transfers, returns). * Perform periodic reconciliations between physical and system inventory, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. * Generate stock reports on inventory levels, turnover, and stock status, ensuring material and product availability. * Monitor in-transit, consignment, and obsolete inventory, maintaining up-to-date information. * Coordinate and participate in cycle counts and inventory audits. * Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales departments to ensure accurate information flow. * Analyze consumption trends and recommend adjustments to replenishment policies and minimum/maximum stock levels. * Track key performance indicators (inventory turnover, inventory accuracy, stockouts). **Required Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. **Experience:** * 1 to 3 years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or related areas. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in ERP systems or inventory management software. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reports). * Knowledge of storage standards and best practices. * Familiarity with inventory performance metrics. **Competencies:** * Organized with strong attention to detail. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. **Position Details** * **Department:** Logistics / Warehouse / Planning * **Reports to:** Inventory or Logistics Supervisor/Coordinator * **Internal Contacts:** Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Sales, and Finance * **External Contacts:** Suppliers and auditors (as applicable) Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Office: 1 year (Desirable) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site
