Personalized support and solutions for Apple users At MacStore, Apple's #1 distributor, we are looking for: · Computer and telephony equipment repair technician for the MACSTORE GRAN PLAZA branch Profile: * Completed high school / technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony repair. * Passion for customer service and support. * Residence near the work location. Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. * Deliver personalized support and solutions. * Track completed services. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet performance metrics and KPIs.
