Our primary distribution channel is online: DTC through our websites, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Liverpool, and Coppel. We are expanding and seeking an **SEO Specialist**, who will be responsible for leading and executing the company's comprehensive SEO strategy for its e-commerce website, ensuring strong and sustainable organic positioning on Google and other search engines, with a focus on brand visibility, qualified traffic, and conversion. The specialist will oversee key areas: technical SEO, content SEO, transactional SEO, authority building (backlinks), and optimization of formats such as video and multimedia. Brands to manage: **Dogelthy, Mubson, and Sleep Ritual** Responsibilities: 1\. SEO Strategy and Planning * Design and implement a 360-degree SEO strategy aligned with business objectives. * Identify growth opportunities in transactional, informational, and branded keywords. * Create quarterly roadmaps with clear and measurable goals. 2\. Content SEO * Write and optimize high-quality content for blogs, product pages, landing pages, and other digital assets. * Apply SEO copywriting techniques to increase conversion without sacrificing natural language. * Coordinate and guide other writers to maintain quality standards and SEO consistency. 3\. Technical SEO * Audit websites to detect and resolve issues affecting SEO performance. * Analyze and optimize internal structure, link architecture, structured data, page speed, mobile\-first indexing, crawling, and indexing. * Read and understand HTML, CSS, and JS code to identify errors or improvements impacting search rankings. 4\. Off\-Page SEO and Authority * Design and execute strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks. * Monitor the backlink profile and detect potential risks of penalties. * Manage relationships with other websites, media outlets, and creators for strategic content exchange or publication. 5\. Video and Multimedia SEO * Optimize videos on YouTube and other platforms to maximize reach and organic visibility. * Implement strategic metadata, descriptions, titles, and thumbnails to improve CTR and ranking. 6\. Monitoring and Reporting * Measure and analyze SEO KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, time on page, conversion rates, etc. * Prepare clear and actionable reports for management. * Propose improvements based on data analysis and algorithm updates. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Systems, Engineering, or related fields (not mandatory if proven experience is demonstrated). * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in comprehensive SEO roles (technical, content, and off\-page). Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. * Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, or similar. * Ability to read and understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Knowledge of Core Web Vitals optimization. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Monthly and annual growth in organic traffic. * Improvement in rankings for target keywords (especially transactional ones). * Increase in conversions from organic traffic. * Reduction of technical errors identified in audits. * Acquisition of high-quality backlinks. * Video performance and optimization in terms of views and CTR.
