Supervise prototypes and scale patterns to different sizes. **Salary and Benefits** * **Net Monthly Salary:** $15,000.00 MXN * **Payment Schedule:** Weekly (guaranteed punctuality) * **Benefits:** Statutory (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, vacation) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (standard office hours) **Key Job Responsibilities** The primary objective is to transform fashion designs into technical patterns ready for production. * **Interpretation and Development:** Analyze technical sheets and sketches to develop base patterns (primarily using CAD software). * **Technical Pattern Making:** Create and modify patterns to ensure garments fit perfectly according to client specifications. * **Prototyping:** Supervise initial sampling (prototypes) and perform necessary adjustments for fit correction. * **Grading:** Perform pattern grading or scaling to different sizes. * **Optimization:** Ensure efficient layout to optimize fabric consumption. * **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical sheets for production patterns. **Essential Requirements** * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in pattern-making software (Lectra Modaris, Gerber AccuMark, OptiTex, Audaces, or similar). * **Skills:** High level of precision, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related field. * **Residence:** Must reside in Tultepec or nearby areas (Coacalco, Cuautitlán, Tultitlán).
