Challenging projects in specialized industries **Vacancy: Prepress Operator (Flexible Packaging)** **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco **Work Mode:** On-site \| Full-time **Department:** Operations / Prepress **Industry:** Flexible packaging **wa.me/523334098865** **Purpose of the Position** Develop and adapt designs for flexible packaging, ensuring their correct technical application for printing and converting processes, while maintaining graphic quality, packaging functionality, and production feasibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and adapt artwork for **flexible packaging**. * Ensure designs are **technically viable for printing and converting**. * Prepare files considering **cutting lines, sealing areas, registration marks, and inks**. * Collaborate with the prepress team for technical validation. * Perform adjustments and corrections according to client requirements. * Participate in the development of new products and visual proposals. * Generate dummies and samples for validation. * Ensure compliance with client technical specifications. * Maintain organization and control of digital files. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in packaging design. * Experience in **flexible packaging, converting, or printing**. * Preferred experience in rotogravure or flexography. **Technical Knowledge** * Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (advanced) * File preparation for printing * Knowledge of inks, varnishes, registration, and materials * Adaptation of designs to different packaging structures **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prepress knowledge * Esko software * Basic-to-intermediate English **Competencies** * Creativity with a technical focus * Attention to detail * Organization * Teamwork * Adaptability * Quality orientation **Job Conditions** * On-site work * Constant interaction with technical and commercial departments * Focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development * Challenging projects in specialized industries **Application:** Interested candidates should send an updated CV to: **reclutamiento@masterflex.com.mx** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
